A personal note from me
This work is incredibly close to my heart.
Because I know what it feels like to live in a constant state of anxiety and burnout…
Feeling exhausted but unable to switch off.
I know what it’s like to look like you’re “coping” on the outside,
while feeling completely overwhelmed underneath.
And I also know what can shift when your body finally starts
to feel safe again.
That’s why I’ve created this space.
Not just as a Naturopath —
but as someone who has done this work too.

This is a deeply supported, personalised experience designed to support you every step of the way
- 4 x 1:1 personalised consultations - we will work together to understand your body, your stress patterns, hormones, dietary advice, and what you need to feel supported.
- Weekly Check-Ins - You will receive ongoing support between sessions so you're not doing this alone. Structured, intentional check ins allow you to feel help - without overwhelm.
- Emotional Release Technique (ERT) - A gentle, body- based approach to help release stored emotional and subconscious patterns. This allows your nervous system to soften and your body to feel safe again.
- Nervous System Support - You will receive simple, practical guidance including calming practices, supportive nutrition and recipe ideas lifestyle shifts that feel doable.
- Resource Portal - Access to a calming supportive space including emotional support tools, weekly reflections and "what to do when you feel overwhelmed" resources.
- Support package - Includes everything you need to move through this process in gentle confidence. Includes a journal, supplements and our Return to You signature essential oil as well as a heap more goodness.
The Return to You Framework
This experience is gently guided through four phases — each designed to support your nervous system, emotional wellbeing, and overall sense of self in a way that feels safe, sustainable, and deeply supportive.
Regulate - Creating safety & steadiness.
When your nervous system has been under stress for a long time, your body can begin to stay stuck in a constant state of alert. In this phase, we focus on gently calming the nervous system, reducing overwhelm, and creating simple daily practices that help your body feel safe again.
This is where you begin to slow down, soften, and exhale.
Release - Gently processing stored emotional stress.
Stress and emotions don’t just live in the mind — they can become stored within the body too. As your nervous system begins to feel safer, we gently create space for emotional processing and release through supportive practices and Emotional Release Technique. This is not about forcing or reliving difficult experiences.
It’s about allowing your body to let go of what it no longer needs to hold.
Restore - Replenishing your energy and deepening rest.
